Bassem is a comedian and own-voice drag queen known for impersonations of Lebanese and world celebrities.He was born in Wadi Shahrour, and first performed at Studio El Fan, the Lebanese talent show. He won the Murex D'Or prize twice as the Best Imitator Of The Year in 2000 and again in 2003.
He has performed in most Arab countries, and is known for his daily concerts during Ramadan.
